Print on Demand
Streetwear enthusiasts love bold, oversized graphics that pop—and traditionally, that’s meant screen printing on heavyweight garments to get the look and feel they expect.
But with ROQ NOW, Print On Demand has finally caught up. This design, printed on Allmade’s 100% recycled cotton heavyweight tee, shows how Industrial DTG is redefining what’s possible. The fabric’s 18-singles construction makes it thirsty, but ROQ NOW delivered rich, vibrant color and fine detail while being bold and thick enough to cover heavyweight garments.
The print used just over 22ml of pre-treatment and 11ml of ink—including more than 6ml of white and 3ml of clear binder. It's proof that even the thickest streetwear blanks can be printed on-demand with industrial quality and consistency.
Optimize DTG Printing
on Tri-Blends
Tri-blends are known for their comfort but can be challenging for Direct to Garment printing due to their synthetic content. The District Perfect Tri DTG in charcoal, made with 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton, and 25% rayon, is an exception—especially when paired with ROQ NOW.
Thanks to its Pawsie Print technology and pre-pretreated finish, this fabric requires significantly less pretreatment while still delivering vivid, high-resolution prints. The soft drape and smooth hand feel remain intact, and ROQ NOW’s precise ink delivery ensures the print sits cleanly on the fabric without oversaturation or bleed.

CVC blends are everywhere in the Print On Demand world, but their polyester content often creates headaches for traditional Direct to Garment systems. That’s where ROQ NOW shines.
With industrial-grade pre-treatment precision and ink delivery, ROQ NOW is built to handle blended fabrics that others can’t—minimizing dye migration and maximizing color vibrancy. The District Perfect Blend CVC Red Fleck is a perfect example of a printable CVC shirt. Its cotton-dominant construction offers soft hand feel and reliable printability, while the dope-dyed black polyester fibers resist bleed-through, even on bold designs.
The result? A clean, consistent print with great detail and durability. With over 30 color options and the ability to handle complex blends, this shirt—and ROQ NOW—are ready to meet the growing demand for premium blended apparel in DTG.
DTG On Fleece Made Easy
Hoodies and fleece are notoriously difficult for Direct to Garment printing but the ROQ NOW overcomes both with ease. When direct to garment printing on fleece, it’s important to understand the dye migration properties of the fabric.
The District VIT Fleece—is a cotton-faced 65/35 cotton-poly blend, the cotton face offers improved printability but still presents challenges that any thicker and loose knit fleece represents. Combined with industrial-grade pre-treatment and ink delivery, ROQ NOW ensures rich color, clarity, and durability on even fleece.
One unique feature on the ROQ NOW is its adjustable Z-axis allows the print head to lift by 5mm, enabling seamless printing over kangaroo pockets and irregular surfaces. The “Meteor Shower” sample demonstrates how ROQ NOW makes high-quality DTG printing on fleece fast, repeatable, and production-ready.
